Using Brackify

Brackify provides tools for organizing tournaments, including player rosters, teams, brackets, results, and invitations. You are responsible for the information you submit and for using the service lawfully and respectfully.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Tournament content and invitations

You retain responsibility for tournament content you create. Only share invite codes with people you intend to invite. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or sensitive personal content. Organizers are responsible for managing their tournaments and participants.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with Brackify, attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, use the service to harass others, or use automated methods that overload or disrupt the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Brackify available and reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the product evolves.

Disclaimer

Brackify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brackify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
